Fully furnished airconditioned Studio apartment complemented with kitchen and wares for cooking, kettle, a flat Smart Tv (Netflix)and a cable channel, free wifi, 1 toilet & bath with hot & cold shower. Room is located on second-floor of the building. Check-in at 2PM, Check-out 12NN Guest access Guests can access 3rd floor for phototaking of Mayon Volcano. Please keep the noise down for the guests staying on the 3rd floor. Other things to note Before booking: Only confirmed guests are allowed to stay in the unit. Please send us complete guests names who will stay in our property. We do not have a generator,however we have solar power that can be used during power interruption for the following: Lights, internet, 1 home appliance such as electric fan Wi-Fi : The stability of our internet connection can fluctuate and may not be consistently reliable for work-from-home purposes. Occasional drops in service due to PLDT line issues, mesh network problems, or weather are possible. Guests requiring a robust and uninterrupted internet connection for work may find it less than ideal.
