The space The Shire is located on a vast 97 acre farm in the Catskill mountains. With beautiful rolling hills, 4 large ponds, and trails through fern covered woods you’ll feel as if you’ve been taking into a fantasy. The Farmhouse - built around the turn of the century has a Master BR with a king bed & ensuite with bath, 1 guest BR with a Queen bed, and 1 large bedroom with 3 Queen Beds, thereby sleeping 10 comfortably. The space includes a chef's kitchen includes a double Range, dining room for 10, and a large patio with Weber grill. There's also a giant fire-pit where you can put your fire-bug skills to work, or relax on the patio with the propane fire-pit for looking for a more chill evening. Allow pets and children to run free - feel safe being a fair distance from and roads. Other things to note Note: We do have two other cabins on the property - set apart from the Farmhouse to ensure privacy.
