Welcome to Villa Layla, This splendid 240 m² villa is fully air conditioned, is offered in its entirety and features 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms/shower rooms , a swimming pool,(heated if required), 3 terraces, and a garden. It is just a 5-minute walk from Place de la Corniche and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The space Villa Layla will charm you with its layout and decoration. Recently renovated, it has all the necessary amenities for a wonderful vacation. Spread over 3 floors, it offers both spaciousness and intimacy. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as 2 master suites, each with a bathtub and shower. A utility room with washing machine & tumble drier.  Separate toilet. On the 1st floor, there is the living room, the games room, and 2 master suites, one of which has a private terrace (with sea view). On the top floor, there is the master suite with sea view terrace and a workspace for remote working (WiFi: Fiber). For your safety, the pool has a safety cover, a security fence with lockable gate and a security camera. The garden includes 2 outside dining areas, a gazebo and sun-loungers. A barbeque and plancher are available for guest use. There is a range of weights and exercise equipment available for guest use. Guest access Fully fenced villa accessible via an electric gate. It offers 4 to 5 parking spaces for cars as well as a charging station for electric vehicles. Wheelchair accessible, but please note the presence of two small steps (5 cm) to access the living room/kitchen and two bedrooms. As the villa is managed by a concierge service, we do our best to accommodate your arrival time and remain as flexible as possible. Arrivals can take place before 5:00 PM, depending on availability and the villa's readiness. Specific check-in details will be sent to you via private message before your arrival. We are also available 24/7 for your arrival, even in the event of a late-night arrival, at no extra charge, to ensure a smooth and stress-free welcome. Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest. A security deposit of EUR 1,000 is required (only for bookings made through Booking via pre-authorization, which will not be charged). Dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
