With easy access to Jönköping's sights and pulse, the accommodation is located just a few blocks from Dalvik's center. Welcome to the tranquility and comfort of your home away from home! The space Our charming 1964 townhouse is newly renovated and set on a quiet dead-end street. It offers a warm and inviting style, which we hope to make you feel at home from the first moment. The home is part of our home, so we share the hallway and dining area. The entire rental part is gathered on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the entrance. Here you can enjoy a relaxing accommodation with proximity to both the city and nature. Location: The house is in a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing. Just 300 meters away, you will find the center of Dalvik, where there is a Coop grocery store, a pizzeria, and a Japanese restaurant. From here also buses 2 and 11, which offer frequent departures – about every 10 minutes during the day and even more often during rush hours. You reach Jönköping city center or Vätterstranden in just 6-7 minutes by bus. Nature surroundings: Only 50 meters from the house there is a viewing area with a bench where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and Lake Vättern. Here also passes Dunkehallaleden, a scenic trail that stretches from below Vättern and along the Dunkehallaån river further out to the country and forest at Hallbystugan and Järstorp. Excursion destinations: Within a few minutes walk you can reach the 100 year old Stadsparken in Jönköping. Here you can experience a great view and participate in various activities, such as sports, play and walks. There is the football stadium Stadsparksvallen. The city park also offers historical and cultural experiences, as well as the opportunity to see different animals. Guest access The accommodation's space (bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and dining room) is located directly adjacent to the entrance. The accommodation is part of our home, so we share the dining room with you as a guest. Bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom are at your disposal. Sleeping: Here you will find two adjustable Jensen beds for a good night's sleep. The bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite programs directly from your mobile or tablet. Blackout curtains and blinds ensure a relaxing and undisturbed rest. Kitchenette: In close proximity to the hall, there is a kitchenette that is equipped for simple cooking. Perfect for making breakfast or a lighter meal. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower and is easily accessible from all rooms. Dining facilities: Directly adjacent to the kitchenette is the dining area that you share with us. Here, there's also the possibility of relaxation or desk work. Patio: As a guest, you also have access to a private patio where you can enjoy the dinner sun. Here you can relax with a book or enjoy a meal outdoors. During your stay You are warmly welcome to have a chat with us if you feel like it – we like to share stories and learn from each other. If you prefer to have your own time and enjoy the stay in peace and quiet, we of course respect this and make sure you have the privacy you want. The cleaning fee includes cleaning and washing of sheets and towels after your departure. You'll get your own code for the front door for easy and secure access.
