Suite in Comfortable Apto, Safe Condominium

Individual room furnished in first floor apartment all set up, with everything brand new and of quality, newly renovated. It is located in a wooded and quiet Condominium, with a 24-hour doorman and a secondary video entrance on the back street, very practical. We also have a small sports court. There are three single rooms and two bathrooms (one exclusive to the guest suite), in a very quiet environment. Planned kitchen, service area, and living room complete. The space This is the apartment I really live in and so I take great care of it and try to make it as enjoyable as possible. The atmosphere is very peaceful. Guest access The guest has access to the entire common area of the apartment: TV room, kitchen and service area. We have various household utensils such as washing machine, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, AirFryer, etc. During your stay I work close to the apartment so I'm around all day... but I'm only at home in the evening. Other things to note Smoking indoors is not cool.
