This luxury villa is located on a private, secluded hillside at the entrance of Tamarindo with breathtaking views of Tamarindo estuary and the Pacific Ocean all the way north to Playa Grande, yet 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and town center. The space The living area contains a large ironwood dining table and a comfortable lounge area to relax, offering spectacular views of the ocean. Casa Alang Alang has two swimming pools - an overflowing lap pool of 21m in the lower level ending in a Bale with double lounge chairs and the swimming pool on the main floor overflowing on four sides, giving the impression of a giant mirror looking towards the ocean. The main level includes two bedrooms: Malia Bedroom - king-size bed with full ensuite bathroom and desk Dean Bedroom – One king size bed (new!) and one twin size bed with full ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and desk (new photo coming soon) The lower level includes four bedrooms: Three guest bedrooms with king-size beds, full en suite bathrooms, and a desk Snow White's Bedroom has five single beds, a large desk, a smart TV, and a ping pong table. Additionally, we have an apartment with a separate entry that includes one king-size bed, full ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, a table and a small sitting area.
