In one of Northern Michigan’s premiere small towns, this modern, upstairs condo (20 steps) has a private patio, is across from the beach, steps away from restaurants, fabulous boutiques and movie theater. Wineries, breweries and the Leelanau Tart Trail for walking or cycling are mins away. Leland’s Fishtown, Northport and Traverse City are close by towns to explore. The location is perfect, the condo spacious and beautifully decorated, neither will disappoint:) We can’t accommodate children:( The space Free parking on site, first come first serve extra parking behind condo across from Library. We are right across from the Sutton’s Bay Library and the public Bata Bus pick up. The beautiful bay with beach access is across from where you park. Guest access You have access to a patio facing downtown Sutton’s Bay. Other things to note This is a beautiful upstairs (20 steps) condo overlooking Sutton’s Bays downtown:). Top of the line appliances, washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets provided. We also have a wine cooler for wine enthusiasts to use while staying with us. We cannot accommodate children because the long term tenant next door works midnights and we need to respect her sleeping hours:). Please let me know a day before your arrival if you will be needing the pullout sleeper sofa so I can leave bedding:)
