WALK 1-2 min and you are at the ocean! The reason to come to the beach is to enjoy the ocean! La Mar Chulamar is located on private beach with 24/7 security and police patrolling! It has only 3 houses 100% equipped with WiFi , air conditioning and many refrigerators. Each house has its own swimming pool and private parking, they do not share anything. With our Check in 10 am and Check out 3 pm you enjoy the whole day you arrive and the whole day when you leave! The space 4 bedrooms for 14 guests . We do accept 16 + guests with a fee that Airbnb calculates and can be expanded to 5-6 bedrooms or 16-20 people by renting 1-2 extra bedrooms, which we have available and which had a full bathroom and air conditioning. Beds come with freshly laundered linens, large bath and pool towels, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper. We do accept 16-20 guests with a FEE, I will be here to help you get the best price! The house is 2 blocks from Hotel Soleil in the Beach . You are right in the beach in this house, so going to and coming from the ocean is easy since it is 1-2 min away . You can see beautiful sunrise , sunsets and even spot a Parlama laying eggs ! Chulamar consists of a 1 only street with 70 aprox properties beach front . Esta al lado Derecho e Izquierdo de la playa de el Hotel Soleil . The only other places you find this is Linda Mar and Monterrico which both do not have 24/7 security . The parking is for 3 cars but if you need to bring more the property is big so we can find another spot for the extra cars. We accept a maximum of 3 dogs under 10 pounds . There is a one time fee of Q100 ($15) per dog per stay The lady guard lives in the property so this is a big help in case you encounter a problem which sometimes it happens in all houses ! We change towels on stays of 7 or more days.i Other things to note This house is for families , or peaceful group of adults . This is a Tropical Beach , YOUR GUATEMALA Outside even though we fumigate to keep insects low but they come back from neighbors houses . It is our ecóloga! they where here before I builded the house. Inside we also fumigate but they manage to come in ! This is Guatemala’s tropical beach .We do not want you to say we do not clean if you find an insect. We prepare beds according to the number of guests in the reservation. Bed sheets and towels are changed only on 7 or more day stays. Lap and calm dogs less than 10 pounds are allowed in the property. A bigger dog that likes to get out will be able to get out of the property , that is why we do not accept or recommend you bringing them . There is a 1 time fre of Q100 per dog. No party are allowed by the Association so the volume of your music should be for you to enjoy not for your neighbors to hear it . After 10 pm please check the volume again since at night it can be heard a little more . Port of San Jose is year round hot between 78-88 Fahrenheit or 25-32 Celsius. Even when the weather app says it will rain it almost never rains in the day because the hot air pushes those clouds . That is why it rains a lot at night which is delicious! Each Bedroom has 2 AC , in case one fails we do not want you to have an uncomfortable night. Electricity is very expensive , we ask our guests to be considerate and turn them off when they are not in the bedroom . Turn them on at 5 pm so the bedroom will be nice and cold when you come in to sleep. Hot air specially in April can make the AC over work and burn itself . Sunday reservations Check in is after5 pm and Fridays & Saturdays Check out is before 11 am , but let us know your needs so we can try to do the best for you. We can wash your clothes with a fee of Q40 ($5) just give it to Aracely . Please take in consideration blacks and white must be washed separate. So it will be 2 washes. The lady guard has been here for more than 25 years , she and the cleaning ladies are very honest but if ypu bring valuables it is better for you to place them in the safe deposit or locked in your car.
