This grade II listed cottage has recently been fully renovated. It has a log burning stove, stone flagged floors with underfloor heating and all the modern amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with two electric ovens and a gas hob, toaster, coffee maker and grinder, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. The log fire will be ready for you to light with enough fuel provided for 1 – 2 nights. Further supplies can be purchased from Norton Hardware, 31 Commercial Street, YO17 9HX. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with king size beds and a large wet room with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. You can enjoy the comfort of lambswool duvets and pillows. Outside there is a walled south facing garden with ample seating for outside eating and relaxing. Within the welcome pack we hope that we have provided you with the information you need to enjoy your stay at the house and to explore Malton and the surrounding area. There are books in the house for you to enjoy as you spend time relaxing including some that tell you more about Malton and the surrounding area. In the bathroom, you will find Temple Spa products for your use. Please leave the house as you found it, we would appreciate your help in stripping the beds, and leaving on the bathroom floor. Please place the house keys back in the external key safe at the end of your stay. Guest access The entire house and garden is available for use for guests. Other things to note With the charming nature of a listed property, there are some low ceilings in the back bedroom and the hallway.
