**THIS IS NOT A SHARED SPACE** Private Furnished Studio Apartment, including 1 Bathroom and a small kitchen with appliances and utensils. The studio is exceptionally comfortable and separate from the main house, thus providing great independence and close proximity to all amenities and main attractions around Bogota. The Studio is part of a house with a one-street front door entrance. If you require, we will be happy to provide daily Continental or American Breakfast, for an additional cost. The space Comfortable and private 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom studio apartment, including a small kitchen with appliances and utensils. The Studio also features a private separate small living room perfect to enjoy guests and/or utilize as a home office. Only for arrival time, I will be pleased to stock the kitchen with ground coffee and whole fruits. Rent more than 30 days Guest access Guests will have access to laundry room area, as well as the backyard. If required and upon availability, the living room and other social areas within the main house will be offered as well. However, please note that the Studio Apartment already has private living room/home office. Other things to note Neighborhood is extremely friendly featuring lots of parks and "bodegas", in case you require additional groceries, the Studio is also walking distance from major grocery stores and malls including Iserra 100. The area is also flourishing with new restaurants and bars. Recently, I a discovered wonderful Michelin restaurant Serrat Gourmand Market by world-class chef Ruben Trincado. It is worth noting that our location is easily accessible by car and/or public transportation, approximately 5 mins walking distance from Transmilenio Bus Station.
