Separate from the main house, the room is built into the unattached garage so guests and residents enjoy privacy. Designed to accommodate a day-sleeping night-duty nurse the room is double-insulated for noise and is extremely quiet and comfortable. Coffee and tea are provided. Filtered water is replenished daily. Room linen laundry is available to long-term guests. A refrigerator, toaster and microwave are set up outside the door to the room, in the garage. Guests are welcome in shared spaces: garden, on the patio, and in the sitting room and porch which are in the main house and adjacent to the garden.
