Cwmparc Cottage is a delightful 3 bedroom cottage located in the wonderful Rhondda Valley, rich in Welsh Heritage. Its idyllic location makes a perfect base for holidays or contractors. Free street parking The space Cwmpark Cottage by STAE-Homes is a wonderful home in the heart of the Rhondda Valley. The moment you approach the area you will get a sense of the deep mining heritage of the beautiful historic location. The home has been beautifully staged with a modern feel; yet retains all you would expect from a property in this famous region. Guests have the entire house for the duration of the stay. The accommodation provides a super-comfy large lounge diner with a lovely sofa and a smart TV and Wifi of course! There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster etc. The downstairs bathroom will leave you with a sense of something special with its standalone feature bath and overhead shower. Upstairs you will find the well-appointed 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one boasts a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. A high chair & travel cot are provided. (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot; based on recommendations). To the rear of the property is a garden with a raised decking area and furniture; giving you lovely views of the mountains while you soak up the Welsh sunshine. Guest access Be sure to confirm the correct number of guests and pets so that we can enjoy a stress free check in. STAE-Homes apartments are typically self check. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. Door cameras protects areas outside the property.
