Located 4 minutes from Lake Genin, 45 minutes from Geneva, 1 hour from Lyon, 2 hours 20 minutes from Paris by direct TGV, you will be 7 minutes from the highway exit in the heart of nature. Purchased in 2020, my house had been uninhabited for 20 years and after 4 years of work done largely by me with the significant help of friends and especially my uncle, it now has all the comforts to welcome you. Exceptions will be made for longer-term rentals where the possibility of using the office will be considered.
