Our lil’ house is a mix of comfy and modern in an open concept living space. We are located within walking distance to town or just a hop, skip and a jump from Hwy 35. A good, accessible location whether staying in town for business, an event or just some quality time away! The space This newly renovated lil’ house is in the heart of Minden complete with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Guest access Guests have the run of the self contained unit upstairs. This is a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms and an open concept complete kitchen/dining/living area. There is a key pad locked entry door into the unit. **NOTE There is a single occupied unit in the lower level. Outside of this unit is where you will find the shared laundry area.**
