However, the dishes and fridge must be cleaned by the Tenant and returned clean. Garbage must be taken out. If the house is not returned in good condition, an additional cleaning fee may be requested. We use a professional company that takes care of providing you with clean accommodation with clean bed linen. The beds will be made upon your arrival for your convenience. Guest access → CAR RECOMMENDED: To get to the house, it is recommended to come by car. However, you can come by taxi from Verneuil sur Avre train station (10 minutes) → LITTLE ADDED BONUSES: You will have free access to the pool (from 05/26 to the end of September), the barbecue, the swing, the garden furniture and will have a free parking space for your vehicle inside the property.
