The space This is a house in a quiet and very nice neighborhood. It's a beautiful single family home, the master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom w/shower. 2 bedrooms have King size beds, one has a queen. The bedrooms are nice-size with large closets. The hall bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There is also a lower level to the home with a 4th bedroom, bathroom and kitchen available. There is a large living room with a 75" 4K SMART TV that is connected to WIFI for all of your favorite shows, a nice dining room with a table that seats 6 people, a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, nice 5 burner stove w/griddle and double oven! The backyard is huge with a sliding glass door from the dining room out onto the patio, there is large outdoor patio set with an umbrella and very nice Weber BBQ Grill. The house is decked out with everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your stay... and you can always let us know if there is anything special that you would need - we are happy to help make sure you love your experience! The neighbors are fairly close so we do not allow parties or people to come over that are not listed on the reservation - but it is a perfect place for friends and family who would like a nice getaway or place to stay to spend quality time together. We do require that all adults (18 or over) that come into our home are added to the reservation, are ID verified with Airbnb or their ID's are uploaded to the Airbnb messaging platform. These are kept private unless there is some issue at the house that we need to deal with. Please let us know if you have any questions! Bob & Beth Guest access You have the entire 3 bedroom private part of the home to yourselves. There is also a laundry that is in the basement that you will have access to. There is an additional bedroom, bathroom and living space available for an additional charge. Other things to note There are no animals allowed in our home. The owners have severe allergies. If you bring an animal into our home there is a $500 charge for extra cleaning. We also do not allow smoking or vaping in our home, same additional charge. We also require that all guests that enter our home are listed on the reservation and ID verified. Any guests on property that are not listed on the reservation, same additional charge per guest.
