A wonderful space for creativity and inspiration. Powerstock is a beautiful quintessentially English rural village, a short drive (5 miles) from the Jurassic Coast. A walker's paradise in an Area of Outstanding Beauty, with Eggardon Iron Age Hill Fort close by. Abundant wildlife. Two great pubs within walking distance. The space Large open-plan space. Self-contained open plan living area with sitting, kitchen, dining and bedroom spaces and separate shower room. Free off-road car park space in main drive. Path to own front door. Guests have use of small terraced garden area (with table and two chairs) for themselves, within large garden. Well-equipped kitchen - electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, FREEZER toaster. Table and chairs. Bed made up and towels and loo rolls also provided. Iron and ironing board. Welcome pack - tea, coffee, milk, bread, orange juice etc. Separate shower room. Own separate laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and lots of hanging space. Wifi. Baby grand piano. Giant Jenga . Jigsaws. Lots of books. We live in the main house so are on hand for advice. Please note, windows don’t have curtains or blinds. Occasional background noise from Biomass Heating System on floor below. But apart from that wonderfully quiet. Guest access Free off-road car park space in main drive. Path to own front door. Key safe outside front door.
