From the balcony you have an unobstructed view of the area at the front of the complex and its southeast-facing location ensures that you can enjoy the sun here! There are also board games and reading books available in the apartment. There is a camping bed and a high chair available. The apartment is equipped with free WIFI. You can enjoy cycling in the area. You can also rent (electric) bicycles from 'Fred's rental' if you do not have your own. Area of ​​Residenz Polderblick 20Burgerbrug is the ideal base for beautiful walking and cycling trips through the cooling forests and beautiful dunes and beaches such as Petten, Groet, Schoorl and Bergen. But the Omringdijk, the surrounding picturesque villages and coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Egmond or Petten are also nearby. The Geestmerambacht recreation area is a beautiful place for walking, swimming and recreation. If you like golfing, the golf courses of Alkmaar, Dirkshorn and Winkel are within driving distance. And even a day at the beach is within cycling distance!  The cozy Burgerbrug is located just outside the tourist crowds, but it is easy to find for enthusiasts. Within 20 minutes by car you will reach the attractive center of Schagen, where in the summer there is the West Frisian Market on Thursdays with parades in traditional costumes. Or drive to Alkmaar with its historic center and the Cheese Market on Fridays. You can also go to Haarlem and Amsterdam for a nice day of shopping.
