Guest access The guests have full access to their private room, attached bath room , shared space with a fully equipped kitchen , Recreation room, Living hall , swing area and a laundry . It has a great open terrace which is nice to spend quiet time. House is well equipped for longer stays. Other things to note Home in ground floor with 6 steps to main door and guest rooms in first floor with no lift. You can book each room separately or book both rooms which can be ideal for small families, people traveling for work, business, couples, Arranging extra rooms for guests for functions or tourists.. Students welcome above 18 years age with valid reasons of travel . If below 18years allowed only with parents. Note for guests- 1. This is our home that we use for ourselves when we visit Bengaluru. The home is in residential area and quiet surroundings . If your stay includes any activities that are not family-friendly ( Alcohol consumption, parties etc) it is not for you. Any family unfriendly activities will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, even during the middle of your stay. 2. We will not be allowing any extra guest to stay overnight other than the people who have reserved the place. Additional guest can be accommodated per room with Rs 500 additional charges per person . This needs approval before booking . They will be provided with sleeping bag or sleeping cushion mat . 3. All guests will be required to provide a Government identified ID card . 4. The primary renter of the house will be mainly responsible for all communication during the stay. 5. We work extra hard to keep the house clean to provide guests with a pleasant experience. We expect you to leave the house in the same condition that it was given to you. If the place is left unclean, we reserve the right to make a claim against your deposit with Airbnb and charge cleaning fee . 6. Smoking allowed on open terrace and strictly not inside home. Other facilities - Home has Indian , UK and US plug compatible sockets . Under sink RO purified water filter serviced every 2 months once . Home is equipped with microwave, dining set, bowls, 4 burner stove , knifes , cooking pans, serving bowls, 2 cookers and beverage glasses, 6kg load IFB washing machine . 47” HD Sony TV with streaming apps. High-speed wireless internet. The house is equipped with UPS (uninterrupted power supply ). Care Taker stays 300 mtrs away from location but can avail their service to run any errands, wash clothes/vessels and help the guests. You can work with them directly for their charges.
