Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The drive to the house takes you through a peaceful neighbourhood and it's natural beauty. The area infront of the house is an Indigenous Protected Area where you can spot Kangaroos from time to time. It's a modern, newly renovated, double story house located in close proximity of CS Square Shopping Centre and 6 min away from Caroline Springs and it's popular restaurants. The space The first thing you see when you enter this property is the dining table and the handmade hanging light above the dining table. On your right by the entrance is where the laundry is. The laundry is equiped with a washer mashine, a sink and some cleaning products incase you would need it. In the hallway is where you will find a shoe rack. We strongly encourage our gusts to leave their shoes on the shoe rack to contribute to a clean house. To your left is the toilet for the dowstairs area. It's a newly renovated toilet with a fan and some decor. At the heart of the room is where you will find a custom made timber dining table with it's light fixture. To your left is where the kitchen will be. It's a full ecuiped kitchen with amenitis such as: - Filtered water tap - LED strip lights - LG Microwave in the cuppard - Sandwitch maker/electric grill - Dishwasher - Gas stove and Oven - Fridge - Rice maker, - Toaster - coffe maker and some tea and coffe powder. Behind the white curtains by the dining table is the tranquile outdoor area. There is a moveable fire pit that can be used by guests. The stairs leading you to the top floor is installed with led lights that can be turned on by a switch on sensor. The living area is the first room you enter when you are at the top. The living room comes with a 65 inch LG TV with Netflix and antenna channels. You will have a beutiful view to the Indigenous area from the balcony at the living area. Continuing to the 2 guestrooms on opposite side of the living room...The guest room to your right is where you will have a Queen timber bed with it's built in warderobe and small table. On your left hand is the other guest room where you have a single timber bed, with it's built in warderobe and proper office table and chair for those who need to do some work. There is a colorful bathroom for these rooms that comes with a bathtub with shower head, new towels, Shampoo/Condioner & Body soap. This property is newly renovated and is looking for people who wants to relax on their vocation when they come to Melbourne. Guest access The spaces that's for use is: Downstairs: Kitchen, dining area, outside area, laundry, hallway and toilet. Upstairs: Livingroom, Bathroom, 2 guests rooms and balcony. Other things to note This is a pet, smoking and shoe free home. If you smoke please do that outside.
