The space 🛋 Main Living Area The grand room welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, an oversized leather sectional, a gas fireplace, and a big screen smart TV. The open-concept layout flows into the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, and dining area. Just off the living space is a sunroom—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the kids play outside or winding down with a nightcap as you gaze at the river. Other things to note Air conditioning is provided in the following areas of the house only. The main floor has a mini split unit for the kitchen, living, and dining area. The larger of the two primary suites on the main floor which faces the water also has a mini split unit. The third mini split is in the loft area that has the king bed, desk, and lounge area. We also have a portable AC unit in the bedroom that has the queen bed and two twin beds. Please note we only supply a starter amount of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc. Please plan to purchase more if you run out. We also do not supply any perishables in the fridge such as ketchup and mustard. Please plan to bring or purchase your own. Kindly remove your shoes when inside the home. Please be aware that we hold firm to our cancelation policy. We understand life events can happen including illness and inclement weather. As such, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance either with Airbnb or through your private insurance company. We want to ensure our guests are fully informed about our cancelation policy so they can make plans accordingly. Please do not arrive prior to your approved check-in time.
