This peaceful haven in a green setting is located 10 minutes from Sancerre, vineyards and shops, and 15 minutes from the golf course and the banks of the Loire, where many activities are offered. You will have the entire property for a relaxing stay with family or friends. You will enjoy the tranquility of the place and the swimming pool surrounded by loungers on the terrace. You have access to the 2 houses, which can accommodate up to 14 people (6 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed on the mezzanine). The space You have exclusive access to the entire property, i.e. both houses in the same garden, with sleeping arrangements as follows: Secret House (main house): 3 double bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs) and 1 loft-style mezzanine area (not partitioned/with separating curtains) with a daybed that can accommodate 1-2 people. + Secret Garden (small house): 1 double bedroom on the ground floor + 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed + en-suite shower room + 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds 4 portable fans are available.
