Great outdoor spaces - both on large deck (eating area) and garden. Very close to downtown but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Boutique hotel atmosphere. Suitable for all children except perhaps toddlers due to an open deck. Garden spaces on east side of house totally enclosed and entire property surrounded by mature yew hedge.
