Equipped with an elevator. The space The Master bedroom has a King bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds. Also equipped with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 10 comfortably. This is the perfect getaway with plenty of entertainment to offer! The open floor plan provides plenty of space in the kitchen and living rooms. There is a Smart TV in the living room and all bedrooms. Free Wifi is available throughout the property for your convenience. There is a full kitchen with amenities including a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and crockpot. Property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, baking sheets, measuring cups & spoons, and more. There is room for 3 people to sit comfortably at the island and 6 additional people at the dining table. There is also a washer/dryer available for your use. Enjoy your coffee (or favorite cocktail!) on the spacious porch overlooking the water. On the ground level, there is covered parking and hangout space for family and friends to enjoy. There is a comfortable entertaining area that includes outdoor furniture, & a firepit. Don’t forget to bring your boat or jet ski! The boat launch is on the property. Utilize the private dock to park your boat or Jet ski during your stay. No parties or large gatherings allowed. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood. No loud music outside after 10pm. This is a raised home with stair access. Also there is an outside elevator on premise. Everything Bay St Louis has to offer is only minutes away. Close to everything, but hidden away from the beaten path!
