Lovely ocean view Rancho located within an incredibly peaceful community in Playa Negra. Known for its world-class waves and breaks, Playa Negra is a surfer's paradise. Famous as the filming location for the cult classic, "Endless Summer II," this house affords you that view and beach access. It sleeps 8 guests comfortably and offers you all the amenities you require. The space All sunrise and sunset pictures are taken from the Veranda and it makes for a magical morning or evening experience. Unique in all it's ways, the scenery can be quite breath taking. No stairs, updated modern appliances to make your stay here as homey as can be. Guest access There is a public beach access two houses down once you exit the gate. the walk to the beach is approximately. 500 feet. Other things to note SECURITY. We are mindful that we live in a country that experiences random and opportunistic petty theft. While we strive to maintain a safe and secure household, the success of our plan depends on our guests to be vigilant with locking the doors and windows and insuring that the lights are on EVERY night at 16:30pm. KEYS: You will be handed a set of keys. One set opens the kitchen side and the other opens the master bedroom side. These must be returned back to the lock box at the gate upon check out. Failure to do so will will result in a charge of $150 per set to make new keys and buy new remotes and program them. CLEANING FEE Our cleaning fee of $50 USD is NOT to clean the house after you leave, we expect the house to be returned to us in the exact condition it was prepared for you upon arrival. The cleaning fee is to cover the expenses of laundry, electricity to operate the washer and dryer, and material items consumed while cleaning (brooms, mops, etc) that are changed regularly. A/C We have A/C in the Master Bedroom and the guest bedrooms, it is sufficient to cool the entire house. For best performance, please set A/C’s to auto as opposed to cool. Everyone is responsible for the energy they create and leave behind. To help conserve electricity, kindly, turn off the A/C's when you leave. I have felt great changes in the house and it is because of the beautiful people who have come here, all taking and leaving their footprints throughout Rancho Nativo.
