The studio flat is in a quiet location & stylish area. It has a separate entrance to the main house and there is ample parking on the large drive. You can walk to town and to the well connected rail service into London (28 minutes) & the south west. We are 4.5 miles from the M25, Junction 11, & within easy access to Heathrow & Gatwick airports. The kitchen has Nespresso coffee, a combination microwave & an air fryer. The rainshower is above the bath. The internet TV has Netflix & Prime etc. The space Details: There is a desk, chair and small unit for books/paper on it. The WiFi is a fast speed. The studio has its own central heating system and thermostat. The bright kitchen’s windows fully open double and overlook the garden. There is a combination microwave, a small fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee, and an air fryer. Tea, coffee and milk are provided. The bed is a king size (5’ inch wide) and with 400 thread count Egyptian cotton and a goose down duvet (synthetic bedding is available). Towels are included and extra towels and blankets are available. The wall mounted internet TV includes, Netflix, Prime and others. There is a wardrobe with drawers, a Dyson air filter and fan. There is a large bath with a rain shower above it. Included is shower and bath gel, soap and hand moisturiser. Guest access The whole space. The accommodation is on the first floor via carpeted stairs and sufficient hand rails (as seen in the photos) . Under the accommodation is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
