Budget friendly 2BR near ayala center

Affordable 2 bedroom unit in cityscape grand tower for daily rent! Perfect for barkadas and families. 5-8 minutes walk to ayala mall and very near to hospitals and universities. About the room: It is a 2 bedroom unit with a size of around 44 sqm. Each bedroom will have an extra bed to accommodate 4 guests each. Pe: There are some parts of the unit that needs some repair but we have checked and concluded that they are still functioning well. Please bear with us as we try to fix these issues. The space Our unit is a 2bedroom while each bedroom has an extra bed to accommodate more guests. 🛜 For the wifi, kindly check underneath the router. You will see the name and the password to connect. 🚗 For parking, there is a paid parking space in the condo building with a charge of 400 pesos per night. Please do note that they require a reservation fee to block the dates for you. 🚿 For the shower heaters, incase they don’t turn on, kindly double check the outlets where the shower heaters are plugged. The outlets in the shower are water sensitive and would turn off when it comes to contact with water. There should be a button on the outlet. You can press it to turn the outlet on. 🧻 We provide 4 towels in the room. Extra towels would have a charge of 100 each. Please do manage your expectations well as the pictures especially the bed linens might not be the same since we don’t have a lot of stock of the same linens and would need to wash them every time guests check out. Other things to note We will do our best to maintain our unit’s cleanliness and maintenance so please take care of our place as you would your own home. We don’t charge for cleaning fee separately so please clean as you go. It does not need to be sparkly clean but please look after your garbage. There is a garbage bin inside the unit and there is also a. garbage room near the elevator. Please avoid leaving food waste in the room as it may attract cockroaches and ants. 🐜 Extra cleaning fee may apply if you leave the unit very dirty.
