The space APT128 is a small 48m2 apartment, with two bedrooms, one double with a queen bed and one single with two large and comfortable Triliches. The apartment is newly renovated with everything new and well maintained. It can accommodate up to 8 people including children, the number of guests must be informed in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed. We accept only 1 pet (small dog), as the apartment is compact. Guest access It is necessary to register at the building's reception (all guests and the car that will use the parking space) and access to the apartment is by password with a digital lock. Other things to note The cleaning fee does not include the checkout guidelines, i.e. when leaving the apartment it is not allowed to leave dirty dishes, leftovers of food in the fridge and cabinets, trash in the bathroom and kitchen. We authorize a pet (small dog) as long as they are not accommodated on beds, cushions and armchairs. The pet must be added to the reservation as there is a fee of R$70.00. All house rules informed on the platform and documents submitted after booking must be complied with, without exception. Check-in and check-out times must be respected and any changes to the times provided, must be authorized by the hosts and incur an extra fee. We charge for the energy consumption of the air conditioning, the charge will be approximately 2.60 reais per KWh, checking the meter at the entrance and exit.
