Villa with pool & home office with stunning view

Welcome to Firighetti, a small collection of houses surrounded by a scenery of mountains and rich nature that changes looks and impression with every season. Enjoy the calm sound of the river while you drink your morning coffee in the sun and daze away in the dreamy mountain sides. A 10 min walk from our house, you will find Agaggio Inferiore, a small village with locale restaurants and Alimentary for your everyday needs. The space Three story house with an interior where the minimalism from Scandinavian meets the warm and coziness from Italy. The ground level has a spacious entrance before you enter the red-kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook amazing Italian food (including sharp nives - yes, we know how annoying dull knives can be when you cut tomatoes). You will also find a living room, a bathroom with a tub and a staircase with washing facilties and storage. From this staircase, you can access the top floor which consists of one big room with a bed (200x160cm) and fully equipped office space (we work from there ourselves, when we want to escape from the dark times in Denmark). You will also find a tiny, but cozy toilet. The second staicase on the ground level will take you to the lower level, which consists of two bedrooms each with fixed beds (200x160cm) and access to the covered terrasse. The covered terrasse on the lower level is equipped with outdoor furniture (large table, chairs) and old school barbecue. From here you can access the big, private gardin and pool area. The pool is open from June to September but not heatet. The house can fit 6 people in total but we also have equipment (bed + high chair) for 1 baby. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and the pool is private (only for you). Other things to note Parking: It is possible to park close to the house. We ask you kindly to follow the instructions in the arrival document and be respectful of our neighbours. You can easily reach the house by plane as Nice airport is only 1,5 hour away.
