The other cars can be parked in front of the house For groups larger than 12 people and up to 16 guests, an additional level is available at extra cost. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all of the property, including: • Private pool and Jacuzzi (can be heated) • Garden and backyard • Living room, dining room and equipped kitchen • 4 rooms and 5.5 bathrooms • Terrace or balcony (if applicable) • Private parking on premises No space is shared with other guests or hosts. The house is completely private for your group throughout the stay. We have outdoor cameras only for security purposes. Other things to note 🌐 High-speed Starlink internet. ♨️ The Jacuzzi is private and can be heated for an additional fee of $600 MXN. To enjoy it at the ideal temperature, please let us know at least 4 hours in advance, since the heating process takes approximately that long. 🏊 The pool is private and can also be heated for an additional cost of $2,700 MXN. To enjoy it at a pleasant temperature, we require you to notify us at least 1 day in advance, as the heating process takes between 14 and 16 hours. 🎵 Family gatherings and music at moderate volume are allowed, respecting quiet hours after 10:00 pm. 🐾 One small or medium-sized pet is accepted with prior approval. 🚗 We have parking inside the property and additional space in front of the house. 👥 Additional visitors not included in the reservation are not allowed, unless previously authorized. 🧾 We issue an invoice if you require it. ❤️ Our aim is to make you feel at home and to ensure you have a comfortable, safe and memorable stay.
