Annabelle's Studio Apartment

A cosy affordable tropical apartme in an area of expensive hotels and with everything you need on a safe swimming beach. It is groundfloor and air-conditioned (NEW) with easy access to cheap public transportation and near shopping, restaurants and places of public interest. This Studio is an authentic property for those who want to experience local living with extras. It faces the street and there is a private beach access to the left of the building. The space We have refurbished our Studio with a whole new look. It is quite spacious with a bed nook with one regular double bed, equipped kitchenette and separate bathroom and closet area. The colours are soothing, the decor modern and there is air conditioning for added comfort. There are an ironing board, iron and hairdryer as well as a safe (deposit required). A telephone is provided for free local calls and there is a Smart TV and free wifi. Free maid service is supplied once per week but extra towels, toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid can be acquired from the concierge. All enquiries can also be directed to her. Parking is free in our on-site parking lot. Guest access Guests have full access to the parking lot and can access the office and beach path through a gate on the left of the building. The shared washer is also located alongside the office. Other things to note We like our guests to make themselves comfortable. It is easy and safe to explore the neighbourhood, and surrounding areas and sample the local food at either the outdoor barbecue or various eating establishments. It is also very easy to take the bus to all destinations for the equivalent of US$1.75 Never leave valuables on the beach and keep them away from open windows and doors.
