This five bedroom home sleeps 12 and is equipped with Smart televisions (2 king, 2 queen, 1 bunk room with 4 twins, with bonus futon in loft). Ugg bedding and additional sheets, blankets, pillows. There are 4.5 bathrooms (2 on-suite baths for main level king bedrooms, full bath shared between upstairs queen bedrooms, full bath in lower level bunk room, powder bath on main level) Enjoy the brand new & modern kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for 12 which opens to the rustic dining area/table and coffee bar. The two-story great room with 65 inch Smart TV and fireplace leads to the deck that spans the length of house with ADK chairs and two outdoor seating areas (sectional couch and dining table) overlooking 17th fairway. The modern rec room with leather sectional, 65 in Smart TV, fireplace, kitchenette/bar area with seating and regulation ping pong, air hockey, chess/game corner, -over-size Connect 4, Jenga, etc. Located just 10 minutes from the Olympic arena and Olympic Ski Jumps as well as 15 minutes from Whiteface mountain and Mt Van Hoevenberg. Access to 3 brand new kayaks with paddles and life vests on-site for guest use. There is Roku media streaming and high speed internet with a dedicated work space. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Make sure outdoor fireplaces are left neat and tidy, the same way as when you got to the property. Do not leave trash in or around the fire pits or the yard, it can attract animals. If these areas are left a mess there could be a forfeiture of a portion of your security deposit. If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable!
