Multi-level Townhouse: • 3 levels with no shared or community spaces and two flights of stairs. • Main level consists of the entryway where shoes, jackets, and keys may be stored. 2nd Level • Features an updated living room space • 4K Smart TV • Queen-sized pull out sleeper sofa • Kithchen featuring a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. Counter and table seating are also available. The main level also has a half bath. 3rd Level • Laundry room with washer/dryer • Primary and guest rooms with queen bed and smart TV (the primary has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bath is in the hallway and has a full tub and shower.) Guest access Guests will have access to new 3 story townhome. This home includes a separate studio with its own private entrance located behind the main house, which is occasionally rented on Airbnb. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours. Please note: the backyard and deck are reserved for studio guests and are not accessible to those renting the main house. Other things to note Bookings through Airbnb do not permit professional or commercial photo / video shoots on the property or in the home. Bookings through Airbnb do not permit parties or events of any size. For more information please contact us directly. Violating these policies could result in the immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking or vaping inside the property or in its doorways.
