This two-story getaway is just a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs and is designed for both relaxation and convenience. A stone fireplace adds a cozy touch, while the entertainment area includes a foosball table and an arcade machine for plenty of fun. Comfortable pull-out sofas provide extra sleeping arrangements for guests. 🍳 Kitchen The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. A large island offers ample counter space for meal preparation and casual dining. Fully stocked with essential cookware, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker, the kitchen is ready to start your mornings right. 🛏️ Bedrooms Master Bedroom: Cozy and inviting, the master bedroom features rustic décor and a comfortable window seat for enjoying scenic views. Guest access 🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities, facilities, house and cottage. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. 🔥 Fire Pit: While we provide the fire pit for your use, guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood.
