Welcome to EUDAIMONIA, a newly built private villa complex completed in 2024. Each of our 5 villas features a private pool, BBQ & fire pit, and unique luxurious design. Run by a Taiwanese-Korean couple, we offer free travel info in Chinese, English, and Korean. Enjoy a peaceful and unforgettable stay in Jeju with comfort and elegance. The space 🏠 Layout • Two-story villa with high ceilings and open structure 🛏 Room Details • 1st Floor Bedroom: 1 queen-size bed, vanity, wardrobe / Bathroom with separate shower and toilet • 2nd Floor Bedroom: 2 double beds, vanity, wardrobe / Shower room, toilet, and outdoor bath 👥 Guest Capacity • Standard: 2 to 6 guests (3 beds total) • Extra bed: 1 additional bed available upon request • Extra guests: Up to 2 additional guests allowed • Fee: KRW 30,000 per person per night (Free for children under 2) ※ Please contact us in advance if you need an extra bed. 🛋 Living Room & Kitchen • Living Room: 65” Smart TV with free access to Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and more • Kitchen: Hot & cold water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer oven, induction stove, wine glasses, utensils, cookware, dishes, and pots • Dining Bar: Seating for 6 people 🛁 Bathroom Amenities • Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, towels, bath towels, and hair dryer provided ※ Due to Korean government regulations, we are unable to provide disposable items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Thank you for your understanding. 👶 Baby Amenities (Available upon request) • Bottle sterilizer, warm water kettle, baby bathtub, and high chair Guest access 🌡 Heated Pool Information • Our swimming pool is equipped with a heating system. If you would like to use heated water, please notify us at least one day in advance, as it takes about 8 hours to warm up the water. (Temperature range: 30–32°C) • No extra fee is required if you do not use the heating function. • Heating Fees: • June–September: KRW 50,000 per use • April–May / October–November: KRW 70,000 per use • December–February: Heating service unavailable • Heated Pool Time Slots (choose one) • Morning: 08:00–12:00 • Afternoon: 12:00–17:00 • Evening: 17:00–21:00 ⸻ 🍖 American-Style BBQ Grill • We provide a dedicated gas BBQ grill along with all necessary BBQ tools. • Just bring your ingredients and enjoy! • Fee: KRW 30,000 per use ⸻ 🔥 Korean-Style Campfire • Enjoy a relaxing time around the fire with our safe fire pit, firewood, and comfortable foldable chairs. • Fee: KRW 20,000 per use ⸻ ※ If you would like to use any of the above facilities, please inform us in advance so we can prepare everything for you. All additional fees can be paid at check-out via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. ⸻ 🏊‍♀️ Swimming Pool Guidelines • The pool is maintained with a filtration system, but since it is outdoors, some leaves or twigs may fall in. This does not affect water quality. • Swimwear is required. Please do not enter the pool wearing towels. • No food or drinks allowed in the pool • Infants and children must be supervised by an adult at all times • Life jackets for children and babies are available upon request • Floatation rings are always available at the pool • The outdoor soaking tub is located on the 2nd-floor terrace of each villa. For safety, please do not climb over the terrace railing to access the pool • Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the facilities. We are not liable for any accidents caused by misuse or negligence. Other things to note 《Accommodation Rules & Guidelines》 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in the pool area. Smoke detectors are installed indoors, and if cigarette smoke is detected, we will be immediately notified. In such cases, guests will be evicted without a refund, and a cleaning fee of KRW 500,000 will be charged. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor BBQ garden area, where ashtrays are provided. Please do not litter cigarette butts. 2. All kitchenware, dishes, and cookware stored in the cabinets are available for guest use. After use, please wash and dry them thoroughly. For food waste, please use the plastic bags provided in the cabinet, seal them tightly, and leave them outside the entrance. Please do not keep food waste indoors, as it may attract bugs or mosquitoes. 3. Do not bring pool slippers or outdoor shoes inside the villa. Please wear indoor slippers only. 4. Please handle all furniture, equipment, and items in the villa with care. Any damage or loss will be charged based on current market value. 5. To support environmental sustainability, please turn off all lights, appliances, and water when leaving the villa. 6. If any personal items are left behind at check-out: • Food items will be stored at the front desk for the same day only, and discarded if unclaimed the next day. • Valuables will be kept for up to 3 days, after which we reserve the right to dispose of them. 7. In accordance with Korean law, we are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, or shower caps. Please bring your own personal hygiene items. 8. Please keep your valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 9. If bedding or towels are heavily stained or damaged, or if they are used to clean the floor or as rags, a replacement or cleaning fee may apply. 10. For safety reasons, 24-hour CCTV surveillance is in operation at the main entrance, shared areas, and outdoor spaces. 11. We provide regular pest control and sanitization both inside and outside the villa. However, due to the natural surroundings, some insects may enter the room. We cannot respond to claims made after check-out, as it may be difficult to verify the situation.
