In the courtyard is The Dairy, HayBarn and Luxury Hamptons Studio Guest access Guests have access to the courtyard, the relaxing barbecue gazebo and the Fitness Suite including the Gym Sauna and the Hot Tub (additionally fee for hot tub) Other things to note It is advisable to bring flipflops and a dressing gown for moving between your apartment and the Fitness Suite.... through common court yard area
