The main bedroom is the main attractive, since it is wide, well illuminated and has interesting amenities in terms of comfort, such as a 1.80 meter bed, an office desk with its chair, a dressing room and a great bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed, perfect for one adult or one children, and just in front of it is the auxiliary bathroom, with its own shower. Nevertheless, it is important to consider the smart distribution of areas in the apartment, such as a complete open kitchen with a bar table which creates a separation between such kitchen and the social area, where there is a nice dining table for four. Additionally, the apartment has a great view, which you will be able to enjoy from the apartment or just by opening the door to the balcony, where you will be able to enjoy a good coffee or simply get rest while reading your favorite book and looking at the amazing sunsets that our Aburrá Valley offers quite often. In the same living room there is also a sofa-bed, where two children or one adult could sleep comfortably and they could make use of the auxiliary bathroom. In the laundry area there is a washing mashing, a clothes drying rack, a sink and an ironing board, where we will be able to supply an iron for your use.
