Description
Sleeping up to 9, Lower Farm is a five bedroom, three bathroom, south-facing 18th century limestone farmhouse tucked into the hillside with beautiful uninterrupted views across the valley. The house has an enclosed lawn and pretty cottage garden, three stone terraces (two south-facing for al fresco eating; one tucked round the back), front and back meadows, and a garage opposite. There are many spectacular walks from the gated bridleway lane in front of the house. The space There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are upstairs with one double bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. The layout of the house suits two families particularly well, with each of the upstairs king bedrooms having its own bathroom and bunk bedroom off its own landing. The dining room seats 9 comfortably. Lower Farm has a warm and welcoming character and manages to be both cosy and spacious, even when it's full of people. Perhaps our favourite part is that we can walk straight out from the door on any number of lovely walks. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, its front and back meadows (assuming no sheep grazing at the time), and garage.
