Loft Guarani is a private space ideal for couples who love the beach and tranquility. We are 200 meters from Enseada Beach, with no need to use a car and/or cross a highway to get to the beach. Enseada Beach is located near the Anchieta Island State Park, a unique and amazing place. From here, schooner and speedboat tours depart for different destinations. Along the waterfront, there are many beach kiosks that offer great structure and food. The space The Guarani Loft has a built area of 32m². The space features a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove and oven, a set of pots and pans, a blender, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave and other equipment and utensils for preparing healthy and practical food. In addition, the living room consists of a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. We offer internet access. The bedroom is combined with the other rooms, featuring a super comfortable box bed, closets and hangers. The bathroom is very spacious and has a great electric shower. We also offer a hairdryer. Outside, we have a beautiful balcony to enjoy that coffee and catch up. Our shower is amazing and perfect for that post-beach bath. Last but not least, we have a service area equipped with a 12 kg tank and washing machine available for use. Garage for 1 car in a private and secure space. Guest access The Guarani Loft is exclusive to guests during their reservation and there is no shared space. Other things to note Hours: Check-in: from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Check-out: by 11 a.m. We kindly ask you to respect the above times. We offer bed linen consisting of sheets and a blanket. Pillows with pillowcases are also offered. Bath mats are available along with toilet paper. Guests are responsible for their own bath and face towels. If needed, we have a third-party company that offers this service and an additional charge is made according to needs and preferences. We accept small pets, as our space is small, subject to the following conditions: - pets are not allowed to sleep in the bed and on the sofa, as it can compromise future users with possible allergies; - sheets, blankets, mattresses, pillows, dishes and cooking objects must not be used by pets; - always clean up urine and collect feces; - prevent the pet from being left unattended in the property; We'll be happy to have you here with us!
