No party vibes here—just a calm, laid-back atmosphere. Cleaning fees 20$ to pay cash at check out. Other things to note Rates don't include the check out cleaning fee of 20 USD that is due, in cash, upon check in. If the unit shows signs of damage or mistreatment at check out, there will be extra fees charged, with the amount dependent on the damage. Electricity is included within the price. We do not have a backup inverter, but to address the occasional power outages during maintenance, we provide a battery backup for your internet modem to ensure uninterrupted online connectivity. This way, you will always stay connected even when the electricity is temporarily cut off for a few hours once a week in town.
