A newly remodeled cottage on 90’ of bluff waterfront with an expansive view of Holmes Harbor where porpoise, Orca whales, eagles and resident deer are frequent visitors. Sip a glass of wine or your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs or grab a picnic lunch and head to our private community beach, a 10 minute walk away. We are 10 minutes from Freeland for groceries and 15 minutes from the charming seaside town of Langley with shops, gourmet restaurants, wine tasting, live music and theater. The space The cottage is situated next door to the main residence. It is a separate structure from the main house and has its’ own porch and private entrance. Your privacy and enjoyment of the cottage will always be respected. The main level is equipped with new kitchen appliances, gas range, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It is fully furnished, and guests will enjoy high speed wi-fi and Roku TV in the cozy, view - living room. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, baking dishes, blender, plates, coffee mugs, chefs knives, utensils and plenty of glassware. Complimentary Starbucks Verona blend coffee, tea and spices are provided to get you started. Upstairs you'll find a romantically situated queen bed with French doors opening to the breath-taking view of the harbor. You will also have access to a spacious walk-in closet and a washer and dryer for your convenience. If you fancy a stroll to the private beach, towels and beach chairs are provided. After hiking in the woods, biking the scenic roads or paddling in the harbor, freshen up in the high-end bathroom equipped with organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. If work calls, the upstairs also has a comfortable office space with a view. Guest access The Cottage is a unique standalone building on .6 acres and 90 feet of bluff waterfront. We live in the main house which is also on the property. Guests have access to the large rolling lawn, leading to the bluff above beautiful Holmes Harbor. You will be able to enjoy the use of our Private community beach, which includes a grassy picnic area and a fire pitt.
