Small house with the best views of the Engenho de Dentro neighborhood (Grande Méier), including the Engenhão stadium/Nilton Santos Stadium, located in a village of extremely family-oriented houses and, within the village, a mini-condominium with four houses. Very quiet and peaceful place. Nearby we have: Supervia train station, several bus lines, São José Parish Church, Sesc do Engenho de Dentro, Engenhão Stadium, among others. We do not make it available for parties and events The space The house consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have a shared common area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and kitchen sink. Guest access Guests can make use of the common areas such as the Gourmet area, the pool and the barbecue. All common areas are shared and pets are not allowed, as well as the use of cigarettes and the like. Other things to note The pool is shared.
