Chalet in Paraty with Sauna and Exclusive Waterfall

The house is a green area shared with many birds, such as thrushes, wood thrushes, vireos and woodpeckers. It has 210 meters of waterfalls and pools. Our water comes from the spring and is potable. This house was born from a child's dream. My grandfather was a bricklayer and I learned to build with him. Here is the beginning of a long journey of stories. Moments that I am building and depositing memories of a life guided by caring for nature and creating dreams. Feel free to enter this sanctuary. The space The chalet is 45m2, with a deck overlooking the mountains and Atlantic Forest. The bedroom has a double bed, bed linen and bath towels. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The chalet has a full kitchen with cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, a living room with a sofa bed, and a glass-ceiling bathroom. Service area with washing machine and dryer. We have wood for the fireplace and, at night, the starry sky is amazing. On rainy days, a cinematic fog takes over the landscape. It's the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate your soul.”
