A Fantastic View on Lake Champlain

In this spectacular home on Lake Champlain you are right on the lake's edge where you can walk down the stairs and be at the water's edge where you can launch one of our 3 kayaks, or a paddle board or just go for a swim. As you sip your morning coffee on the deck you can watch the birds flying across the water. In the evening you can enjoy a romantic dinner watching the spectacular sunsets over the water. We are a 5 minute walk from the St Albans marina where you can park or rent a boat. There is a bike path in the town that goes as far as Jay Peak and you can rent a bike right in town. In the winter we are close to Smuggler's Notch, Stowe or Jay Peak where you can ski of snow board the best of the North East.
