The space Bedrooms: ● First Bedroom: Situated on the ground floor, this room features an ensuite bathroom, a queen-sized bed, a TV, and ample closet space. ● Second Bedroom: Located on the third floor, this room boasts a King-size bed, a walk-in closet, along with a private bathroom. ● Third Bedroom: Also on the third floor, this cozy room includes a full-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and closet space. Bathrooms: ● Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom for privacy and convenience. There is also a half bath on the second floor. Common Areas: ● The second floor houses the main living area, a dining space, a workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen. A balcony on this level provides a perfect spot for fresh air. ● For those who enjoy outdoor spaces, there is a rooftop terrace area on the fourth floor, ideal for relaxation. Parking: ● A two-car garage is available, but rideshare services like Uber are readily accessible due to the central location.
