Near city center and Saska Kepa, AC, free parking

Very close to the center - just 9 minutes to Nowy Świat. The perfect base if you want to explore Warsaw during the day, have dinner in Saska Kępa in the evening, and walk home. Public transportation runs very frequently, and the stops are almost right outside the building. An apartment surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with 2 well-known breakfast spots nearby. Skaryszewski Park, recognized as one of the most beautiful in Europe, is 200 meters from us. Plus, free parking and a unique view of Warsaw's Manhattan. The space The apartment is located in Grochów, just behind Saska Kępa, on Kinowa Street. You can get to the center from here in 9 minutes by tram, which runs like the metro every 2 to 6 minutes (during the 2026 holidays, due to track renovations, a bus will run instead of the trams, with a frequency of 8 minutes during peak hours). The stop is almost under the block. Central Station is 14 minutes away. Just two steps from the building, there's a great place for breakfast and light lunch (Washington). A little further on, on Międzyborska Street, you will find the Domo Bake.ry café, recommended by Vogue. Biedronka (supermarket) and the iconic "Grzybki" bakery next door. Within a half-hour walk, you'll find the National Stadium, Praga Północ with its unique atmosphere of an old, edgy district, and scenic paths along the Vistula River. Plus, in the summer, the biggest party beach by the river – Poniatówka. You don't necessarily have to walk there, because there's a Veturilo city bike rental right outside the building. All you have to do is register through the app and pay around PLN 10–20. The first 20 minutes of the ride are free. This is a particularly nice option for those who would like to ride their bikes along the Vistula River path and admire the Old Town, located on the other bank, from this perspective. You can also return your bike right by the Vistula River and continue on foot. There are plenty of Veturilo stations throughout the city. From the apartment itself, there is an absolutely unique panoramic view of the city, including the Palace of Culture and Science, the National Stadium, and the downtown skyscrapers. The sight of these buildings, beautifully illuminated in the evening, is truly breathtaking. Of course, a major attraction within walking distance is the historic and magical Saska Kępa. I recommend walking to it through the green, well-kept gardens, where people walk with dogs or children. The entrance to them is not exactly opposite the block. Saska Kępa itself is a neighborhood of many artists, old, pre-war homes and, above all, a huge number of cafes and restaurants with food from around the world. 200 m from the apartment there is one of the most beautiful parks in Europe - the historic Skaryszewski Park. It's wonderfully wild, not as "official" as, for example, Łazienki Park. Here, dogs always run loose, people feed the peanuts squirrels, and acrobats walk on the lines hung between the trees. You can also lie on a blanket and look at the sky, which is not allowed in all parks. As for sleeping arrangements, the bedroom has a 180x200cm bed with a very comfortable mattress. In the living room, you will find a non-folding sofa where, after removing the cushions, one person can sleep comfortably. For an additional guest, we have prepared an extra single sofa bed in the living room. We decided on this solution instead of a single sofa bed to give our guests more privacy and so that people who don't want to don't have to sleep together. Guest access We have self check-in, which means you can check in at any time after 3:00 p.m., including at night. There is also a paid (PLN 50) option for early check-in (from 1:00 p.m.) and/or late check-out (until 1:00 p.m.). Please confirm this possibility with us in advance on a given day, so that we can be sure that the cleaning lady will be able to do the cleaning. About 24 hours before arrival, you will receive a message from us with all the check-in instructions, the Wi-Fi password, and the links and instructions on how to get to the places described on our profile. The block has an elevator and a driveway for the disabled. You will not have to climb any stairs. As for the apartment itself, please do not be offended that some of the closets are locked. It is my private apartment and I keep my belongings there. A large closet by the window is at your disposal. Other things to note 1. EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE CHECK OUT We have a standard check-in from 3pm and checkout is until 11am. It is possible to extend these hours, but since it requires additional work in the form of rearranging the cleaning ladies' schedules, we charge an additional fee of PLN 50. For each person, such as early check-in and late checkout, it's $100. Always ask in advance if this option is available on a given day. If other guests have previously booked this service for the day before or after your stay, it may not be possible. 2. PARKING Parking: It is on the street and is free. We don't have a parking space assigned to the apartment, but there's no need for one: there are plenty of spaces both on Kinowa Street (the entire street has spaces on both sides) and behind the building, on the side facing Suchodolska Street. The exception is when there are events at the Stadium; then you really have to look around a bit to find a parking spot. 3. ANIMALS The apartment is pet friendly and they can be our guests, which may be especially important for allergy sufferers. We charge an additional fee of 50PLN for a pet, regardless of the number of pets (max 2), because the apartment requires additional cleaning. 4. DRYER When you arrive, laundry can still be dried in the dryer. These are bedding that we prepare for the next guests. If you need to use the washing machine, it will be free. If you're out of the dryer, please remove the linens, dry your belongings, and then put the linens back in the dryer (this will be the most convenient for you). You often ask us if she can put it in the dryer. For us, it's crucial not to make you an extra hassle. The dryer is good enough that even left inside for a few days is fresh.
