Large studio overlooking the most famous corner of the city (Ipiranga x São João). Private space of 32 square meters with practical and lean decoration, perfect to accommodate a couple of "urban beings" (beings who love to explore the public spaces of large urban centers - such as SP - whether on foot, by bike or subway). The common area has laundry, study room, gym, bike rack and computer room and internet (I have a notebook, with Linux system, available to guests). I have two bikes available to guests (one 20 "rim, 7 speeds, folding and one 27" rim, 10 speeds, speed), because the neighborhood is well served by bike lanes and bike lanes. The studio is very well located, being within walking distance of the main tourist, historical and cultural points of the city: São Paulo Municipal Theater; Metropolitan Cathedral; Monastery of St. benedict; Liberty neighborhood; Banco do Brasil Cultural Center; Sesc May 24; Pinwheel Museum; Mário de Andrade Library; Santander Lighthouse; Martinelli Building; Copan building; Minhocão Park; Rock Gallery; 25th of March street; Luz Complex (São Paulo Room, Pinacoteca, Portuguese Language Museum, Sacred Art Museum, Luz Park, etc.); etc. Two subway stations (República and São Bento), very close to the studio, guarantee easy access to the international airport, bus station and all other regions of the city.
