Vintage Apartment Near Paulista

Living in a very buzy part of the city is very cool, have transport to everywhere in the city (bus, metro), all the facilities you can imagine, plus parties and restaurants across the street, besides business centers, shopping centers, etc. Noizy sometimes. Confy apartment, with a good living room, cozy kitchen and 2 big guests bedroom! Wifi router in the bedroom, 50Mb. The bed will be set and towels are also availlable. If you need to use the kitchen to cook/eat or washing clothes, you can! The space My place is a 100m² apartment, with a comfortable living room (6 people dinning room table, for great dinners!), a kitchen (with a 4 people dinning room table), laundry, two big bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. The apartment is old, but I've just painted it and its really neat decorated. I love to receive my friends and family for really cozy meetings, dinner, or just a coffee to wait for the movie section's time (cinema is four blocks away). Guest access The building is really simple, and I have really helpful neighbours - if I need anything, can always ask them. It's on the second floor, accessed by stairs and there's no doorman - just interfone and automatic door. But there are cameras monitorating for security. And because of the three restaurants in front of the building, there's alaway movement and people around! Other things to note I love to party, but I do have lots of responsability and work to do (not rarely during the weekends), so I can give some help, good ideas and even go out with the people i host - IF I can - but sometimes I'm really buzy. And because of the condo's rules I have to have people's IDs to give to the caretaker (who has access to the security cameras images), so if you have friends here in Sao Paulo and want to have them in, we'll have to give their IDs to the housekeeper before they come - or I'll have to pay some fine, which will come from the guests' pocket. Also, since the street is always really buzy, I recommend ear plugs.
