Casa Giulia is an apartment for short rentals that allows you to stay for a minimum of 2 nights up to a maximum of 30 nights. The house is rented for two people per night. Additional guests will pay €20.00 more than the base price. Its location will allow you to take advantage of several services such as: the bar, supermarkets, the post office and several fashion stores. The space The house is on the first floor of a small condominium without an elevator, consisting of a small entrance and 4 rooms plus a kitchen and bathroom. Each room is tastefully furnished, illuminated and equipped with heating and air conditioning. In addition to the three bedrooms equipped with a double bed, you can relax in the small living room with a TV and air conditioning. If needed, the sofa becomes a comfortable double bed. Guests are advised that the number of rooms available for use corresponds to the number of places booked, and access to other rooms not requested in the booking will therefore be limited. The kitchen is comfortably equipped and will allow you to prepare and consume main meals, snacks, and light meals as if you were at home. Finally, Casa Giulia is surrounded by a large balcony overlooking the internal courtyard and main street. The spacious bathroom is composed of all the sanitary ware, a practical shower, a hairdryer, and the washing machine that can be used free of charge by guests staying 4 nights or more. The bedrooms have large closets where you can store everything you need in order and without space problems. The large and comfortable double bed will ensure your night's rest and is complete with bed linen and pillows. On it you will find clean and fresh towels for the bathroom (shower, face, and guests). In addition, its proximity to trains and the Port will allow you to easily reach archaeological sites such as Pompeii, Herculaneum and scenic beauties such as Capri, Sorrento, Naples... Guest access Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you have special needs regarding the times, please let us know when booking. We will consider them and try to help you. Each guest must have a valid identification document, to be shown to the property for communication to the competent authorities. Access to the apartment for the duration of the stay is reserved exclusively for the guests indicated at the time of booking. Any additional guests not booked will be refused by the property. The guest will sign the lease for tourist use, as required by Italian law, and will receive the key to the apartment. Other things to note Other things to keep in mind - Please inform us of your check-in time in advance to ensure the best possible reception. - Check-in requires the signing of a contract, according to Italian law. - Access is not authorized to unregistered persons or persons without valid identification documents. - Additional services (changes of towels or bed linen, extra bed or crib, etc.) must be requested reasonably in advance and are available for an additional fee on site. - For stays longer than 4 nights, the mandatory house cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels are provided. The additional cost to be paid on site amounts to €50.00. There is a tourist tax to be paid at the time of check-in to the municipality of €1 per person per night.
