Within walking distance, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and a shopping mall. The space Location and Environment Our space is a wonderful studio. Located within a building designed for both short and long stays. The building is new, with modern decor and facilities. The apartment is located on the 16th floor. Housekeeping This apartment does not have daily housekeeping. Daily cleaning with linen change available for an extra cost of R$ 170.00 per requested day. Parking Important: All outlets in this apartment are 220v. Parking is available for an extra fee. Visitor Policy Visitors not allowed: only guests on the reservation. Guest access Our guests have access to all common areas of the building, such as the fitness center and laundry. Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and enough towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But please note: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BED LINEN DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not). However, if you prefer, we offer some additional services: Complete change of linen (bed and bath): R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 set of bed linens) Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat) If you have any questions, please let us know. - In the kitchen, we offer coffee, sugar and salt.
